Teerawut Chanyasak
CEO
Teerawut keeps the company focused on creating long-term value and investing in growth opportunities.
Teerawut has steadily transformed the 40-year-old company from a local furniture producer to a multidisciplinary solution provider for property development and travel industries. Today the businesses include investment, property development, hotel, interior furnishing, and material supplies, serving major cities in Thailand.
Prior to Vorrawut, he spent 10 years with Emerson at its global headquarters in USA and Asia headquarters in Hong Kong. He was responsible for Asia division’s strategy and plans, marketing, product development, and eBusiness.
An alumnus of Harvard University where he graduated in real estate, Teerawut holds a Master of Business Administration and Master of Engineering from Vanderbilt University, USA. He received his Bachelor of Engineering from Chiang Mai University in Thailand. He is currently enrolled in the doctoral degree in Hotel and Travel Management at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Dr. Kornkamol Chanyasak
Managing Director, The Chiang Mai Co.,Ltd.
Dr. Kornkamol leads the hotel business. She manages the development of new hotels and the day-to-day operations.
She has been instrumental in founding the hotels, setting the processes especially through the use of digital technology, and driving the teams to world-class standard.
Before joining Vorrawut, she spent 13 years with ExxonMobil. She was responsible for Exxon’s global IT operations and initiatives including SAP implementation and support.
Dr. Kornkamol holds a Ph.D. and Master of Science in Computer Engineering from Tokyo Institute of Technology, Japan, where she received full scholarship. She earned her Bachelor of Engineering from Chiang Mai University, with 1st Class Honor.
Chinda Chanyasak
Founder and Managing Director, Vorrawut Furniture & Décor
The founder of Vorrawut Furniture, Chinda spends her entire career building the solid foundation of the company. She is a key driving force behind the success of the group.
The name Vorrawut in Sansakrit means excellence through knowledge. In its 40-year history, under her leadership, the company has consistently provided quality furniture to its customers throughout Thailand. The consistent performance of high quality outputs comes from the relentless pursue of excellence through knowledge.
Today Chinda manages the furniture business and focuses on building the next generation of leaders.
Apirak Manuspan
Vice President – Integrated Sales,
General Manager, Vorrawut Materials
Apirak manages the materials business and the sales function of all business platforms at Vorrawut.
Apirak has 20 years of experience working in several capacities in the construction industry in Chiang Mai. With his valuable insights into the local industry, he leads the integrated sales of interior furnishing and material supply and provides value-added integrated solutions to stakeholders in the industry.
A member of Chiang Mai Chamber of Commerce, Apirak received a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Chiang Mai University.
Steve Stewart
Steve has been investing in and advising Vorrawut since 2014.
Steve is the owner of SK Capital, a Thailand’s BOI licensed company focusing on real estate investment in Thailand.
Prior to SK Capital, Steve was Chairman of Air International Thermal System Plc., Managing Director of Unitas Capital, and a board member of J.V. with Tata Auto Components Group.
Steve is a recognized leader in lean manufacturing, profit improvement, business setup and turnaround. In his 27 years as an executive with Emerson in USA and Asia, he managed global business and built manufacturing facilities and businesses in Asia.
For the past 20 years Steve has been involved in teaching operations strategy to 2nd year MBA at the Darden School, University of Virginia, and has been the protagonist in a number of Darden case studies.
Steve has an MBA from Pfeiffer University and undergraduate degree in management from Wright State University.
Titaporn Tuchinda
Titaporn is a co-founder of Vorrawut’s first hotel, The Chiang Mai RIVERSIDE. She has been instrumental in shaping the directions and driving the businesses of the group.
As an ICF-certified executive coach, top management facilitator and strategist, Titaporn works with several leading companies such as PTT Group, Prudential Life, Betagro, King Power, Bangchak Petroleum, Ford Motors, Bangkok Hospital Group. She is a part-time lecturer at leading business schools including Chulalongkorn University and Mahidol University.
Titaporn spent 8 years at McKinsey & Company, with last position as Junior Partner and Southeast Asia Hub Leader for Organization Practice.
Titaporn received an undergraduate degree from Northeastern University and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania.
