Focused on the development of small to mid-sized, upscale hotels, condominiums and apartments, we invest in our own projects as well as work with clients to develop their properties.
Our primary focus is in Chiang Mai, Thailand where we are an industry leader. Our service ranges from feasibility study, investment, design and build, to hotel management.

Our group owns and operates two luxury boutique hotels: The Chiang Mai RIVERSIDE and The Chiang Mai OLD TOWN.
The hotels have won numerous prestigious awards at the global level as well as the celebrated TripAdvisor’s Traveler’s Choice Awards in recent years.
